Nutrition plays an important role in many aspects of our lives—and we might not even think about it! Cadettes will learn how eating well can help them inside and out by investigating how nutrition effects sleep, stress, skin and energy. Girl Scout Cadettes will earn their Eating for You Badge. Location: Berges Family Girl Scout Program Center, 2300 Ball Dr., St. Louis 63146 Grades 4-5 Join us to learn what it means to be a citizen scientist during Girl Scouts Love State Parks weekend! Girls will learn about how citizen scientists make observations, collect data and work with scientists to receive feedback on research. A Junior Journey is a prerequisite to the Girl Scout Bronze Award. After this program, girls will need to implement a Take Action Project to complete the Think Like a Citizen Scientist Journey.
