Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Learning or Review

Course Description: This American Red Cross (ARC) course is for those who wish to become certified or recertified as a general first aider. Successful demonstration of all skills is required to obtain certification, which is valid for two years. Girl Scouts 16 years and older are welcome to participate. Scholarships are available. Dates listed below through April 2026 include a blended-learning session and an in-person review session, held at the same time. Participants should register for one session or the other depending on their current certification status. Starting in May 2026, review sessions will be paused for two years. Participants will instead recertify by completing a blended-learning session . Register for the blended-learning session if: • Participant does not have a current ARC Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification, or • Participant’s most recent certification is more than 30 days past expiration, or • The session is held May 2026 or later

Register for the review session (through April 2026) if: • Participant has a current ARC Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification, or • Participant’s most recent certification is within 30 days past expiration

Blended-Learning Session Details: The two-to-four-hour online portion is found on the ARC website and must be completed before attending the three-hour in-person skills session. Participants will receive additional details and a link to register for and complete the online portion via email approximately one week before the in-person skills session.

Review Session Details: This is a three-hour in-person-only recertification session. Participants will receive additional details via email approximately one week before the session.
