Offered to: Junior Grades 4-5 Is your troop unsure about how to come up with an idea for earning your Girl Scout Bronze Award, or would you like to fine tune the idea you already have? A process called Design Thinking can help us think through all aspects of problem solving. Join us for this interactive workshop that will help get those ideas flowing!

Offered to: Cadette Grades 6-8 Cadette Girl Scouts are constantly exposed to messages about how they should look, think, and act. In this program, Cadettes will embark on a journey to examine the messages they receive, learn how to examine media with a critical eye, and how they can engage withmedia in a healthy way. We will be spending the night in the Berges Family Program Center. All meals and snacks will be provided. A Cadette Journey is a prerequisite to earning the Girl Scout Silver Award. Girl Scout Cadettes will earn their MEdia Journey Award. Grades 6-12 Archery is a fun activity at camp, but we are bringing archery closer to the city in our Urban Archery series! This program will introduce girls to the techniques of the sport and challenge them to improve their skills. Girl Scout Cadettes will earn their Archery Badge. We will use a process called Design Thinking that helps us think through all aspects of problem solving. Join us for this workshop to get the creativity flowing and help with ideation for your Silver Award.
