For working from home to be effective and mutually beneficial, employees must: • Demonstrates attentiveness during virtual meetings by showing presence on camera and minimizing distractions • Be able to carry out the same duties, assignments, and other work obligations as when working on GSEM premises. • Hours of remote work typically remain the same as on-site hours of work. • Non-exempt employees who are working from home must continue to log all hours worked in the GSEM payroll system.
