Neighborhood Recruitment Team Positions

Cadette, Senior and Ambassador (CSA) Girl Scouts Girl members who assist adult volunteers with activities for prospective new members at recruitment events.

Community Engagement Manager (CEM) The Council support staff member for each district. A CEM oversees all facets of the recruitment of girls and adults in their assigned geographic area.

District Manager (DM) and Neighborhood Manager (NM) Volunteers who assist in strategizing recruitment plans for the year within the area. They also help with new leader onboarding and can serve as a TO.

Troop Leader (TL) Volunteers who lead troops, facilitate meetings and promote their troop to other girls in their area.

Troop Organizers (TO) Volunteers who help with recruitment efforts. They may be assigned to a neighborhood, school district or a particular school.

Volunteers All volunteers will inevitably serve as a recruitment ambassador at some point throughout their Girl Scout experience.
