To Activate Your Looker Account: 1. Click the Activate Your Account button in the Looker welcome email. 2. Enter your name and password you would like to use for Looker. 3. Click the LOG IN button.

You are now logged into Looker!

To log into Looker in the future, follow these steps: 1. Navigate to girlscouts.looker.com . 2. Click the Alternate login page (email/password) option. 3. Enter your email and password. 4. Click the LOG IN button.

*Looker is currently being updated to include authentication before login. Users will be required to download an authentication application once this is implemented. More information will be available before implementation.

Looker Training After your account is activated, you will be assigned the GSUSA Looker Onboarding for Service Unit Volunteers .

In this training, service unit volunteers will learn:

1. Module 1—Introduction : Learn about Looker’s role as Girl Scout’s business intelligence platform. 2. Module 2—Accessing Looker : Learn the different Looker access levels and how to activate your Looker account. 3. Module 3—Basic Navigation : Learn how to navigate the Looker homepage and access reports. 4. Module 4—Interacting with Dashboards : Learn how to interact with Looker dashboards. 5. Module 5—Service Unit Volunteer Dashboards : Learn how to use each of the service unit volunteer dashboards.

Once the course has been assigned, volunteers can navigate directly to the course using the Looker Training button located on their service unit volunteer Looker homepage.
