Using Looker

Welcome to Looker Looker is the business intelligence platform used by Girl Scouts. This platform retrieves data from multiple sources, making it easy for you to explore, analyze, and share information. Looker can support your recruitment efforts by providing membership details, troop openings, and service team information, which can help you identify gaps and opportunities in your service area.

How to Set Up Your Looker Account Before accessing Looker, volunteers must complete the Looker Confidentiality Agreement. Your Community Engagement Manager will email this agreement to you. Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Council has the duty to protect all confidential information it handles in the course of its business. This information includes, but is not limited to, data on members, donors, staff, and community partners, as well as proprietary information from vendors, contractors, and others who provide products and services to our Council. 1. Only use the information available to carry out your responsibilities as a registered volunteer member 2. Not disclose any information to anyone or any entity outside Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Council pertaining to members, donors, staff, vendors, or any products (including software), or intellectual property used during my time as a registered volunteer member and at any time after your association with Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri ends 3. Not share your login information or password with any other person 4. Not print or save any information downloaded from Looker to your computer hard drive or cloud storage devices Upon receipt of your completed agreement, your volunteer role will be assigned, and an email with further instructions will be sent.
