Through this new Body Appreciation badge line, Cadettes will look beyond society’s beauty stereotypes and hidden media messaging—the virtual “mirror” that tells us what we should be—to find and appreciate our authenticity. Through fun activities like experimenting with personal style and dress, outrageous makeovers, and creating authenticity campaigns, we will learn how to start seeing our own beauty, inside and out!

Extreme Adventures: Snowboarding Feb. 22, 4-8 pm

Grades 6-12

On this Extreme Adventure, Girl Scouts will hit the slopes and learn how to snowboard at Hidden Valley! Everyone will start out with a lesson, then be able to progress to larger slopes if desired. All gear, lesson fees, and lift fees are included.

Each February, Girl Scouts and Girl Guides across 150 countries celebrate World Thinking Day. It’s a day of international friendship and a time to stand up for causes that could improve the lives of girls around the globe. This year’s theme is “Our Friendship”, celebrating the bonds that unite us across borders, generations and cultures. Immerse yourself in the rich traditions and diverse customs that make our Movement unique, and engage in interactive activities designed to inspire reflection and strengthen bonds.

March 2026 For Real Life? How to

Offered to: Cadette | Senior | Ambassador Grades 6-12

Pay for Life March 1, 1-4 pm

What is it like for someone to live on their own? How do they pay for all of their expenses? How do credit cards work? During this program, we’ll tour an apartment, go to a thrift store, and talk about what it actually takes to finance “real life.” We’ll have fun with money, and earn a badge along the way! Girl Scout Cadettes earn their My Dream Budget Badge. Girl Scout Seniors earn their My Financial Power Badge. Girl Scout Ambassadors earn their My Financial Independence Badge.

Conflict to Confidence March 3, 5:30-7 pm $15 per Girl Scout Max Girl Scouts: 20 Reg. Deadline: Feb. 17

During this program, Girl Scouts will explore handling challenges with empathy, courage, and respect. Through fun team activities, real-life scenarios, and creative problem-solving games, Cadettes will learn how to communicate effectively, listen with understanding, and resolve conflicts peacefully. By the end, they’ll gain practical tools to build stronger friendships, create harmony, and lead with kindness. Dinner included.

Program Aide Training—Sneaker Ball March 5 AND March 12 6-8 pm

Offered to: Cadette Grades 6-8

In this program, Cadettes will become a certified Program Aide, work with a guest troop of younger Girl Scouts, and will even get to help facilitate our Sneaker Ball. They will create activities for guests, learn how to host an event, and assist with various jobs during the party. This program has two class sessions, and Cadettes will be required to volunteer for the Sneaker Ball Dance on March 27.
