Explore what it takes to earn Girl Scouting’s Highest Awards for Juniors, Cadettes, and Seniors/ Ambassadors—and make a lasting difference in your community and beyond. Bronze Award: By taking action with others to improve their communities, Juniors gain important leadership skills and learn that even seemingly small actions can make a big impact. Silver Award: Cadettes flex their leadership muscles by doing research and taking action on issues of their choice. Through their commitment to their communities, girls gain confidence and skills that will catapult them to Gold Award success—all while creating positive change. Gold Award: Seniors and Ambassadors who earn the Gold Award tackle issues that are dear to them and drive lasting change in their communities and beyond. Think of the Gold Award as a key that can open doors to scholarships, preferred admission tracks for college, and amazing career opportunities. During this meeting you will hear from the Highest Awards Committee and young women who have earned the awards. These virtual events are open to troop leaders, parents and girls.
