Troop Camp Fast Track

Course Description: This single day, in-person course is designed for volunteers who have basic camping skills and experience camping with Girl Scouts at one of our properties. It offers much of the same information covered in Troop Camp A-Z or Troop Camp Blitz, but at an accelerated pace. Scholarships are available. Most adult volunteers should complete Troop Camp A-Z or Troop Camp Blitz to achieve their troop camp certification. Troop Camp Fast Track is only intended for the small subset of volunteers who are experienced campers at GSEM properties. Prior troop camping experience will be evaluated by the instructor before registrants are accepted for the course.

Prerequisites: Prior camping experience at one of our properties, Troop Camping at GSEM online course and thoroughly reading the Troop Camp Information Packet (TCIP).
