Course Description: In this two-hour interactive course, volunteers learn to navigate challenging conversations, where emotions run high and positive outcomes are critical, to reach common ground with others. The course includes strategies to encourage a healthy mindset, recognize differences, and problem-solve so that volunteers can confidently confront and resolve conflict.

Representative Assembly Delegate Training

Course Description: This course is for volunteers and girls elected to serve as delegates or alternate delegates to the Representative Assembly at GSEM. In it, delegates learn about the responsibilities, policies, and procedures related to their role, as well as the basics of parliamentary procedure.
