Troop Camping at GSEM

Course Description : This is the prerequisite online course for troop camp certification. In it, volunteers will learn about the beauty of our camp properties at GSEM and all the basics for taking Girl Scout troops on a camping adventure. This course is intended to familiarize learners with the terms and procedures discussed in greater detail in the Troop Camp Information Packet (TCIP) and when completing troop camp certification courses.

Course Description : Enjoy an exhilarating two days at one of our beautiful camps as volunteers become troop camp-certified. Participants must attend the three-hour in-town session to prepare for the at-camp learning experience. Participants must attend both in-town and at-camp training sessions to receive troop camp certification.

Prerequisites : Troop Camping at GSEM online course and thoroughly reading the Troop Camp Information Packet (TCIP).
