Offered to: Brownie | Junior Grades 2-5 Spring is springing, and we are celebrating our Earth and our wonderful natural environment. Let’s celebrate together through environmental challenges, up-cycled crafts, Earth themed snacks, and service. Girl Scouts will receive a fun patch. Location: Berges Family Girl Scout Program Center, 2300 Ball Dr., St. Louis 63146 Grades 9-12 This course is for Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors interested in pursuing the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest community service award a high-school aged girl can earn. Parents, caregivers and troop leaders are welcome to attend, too! Girls going for the Gold Award are required to attend this training; they will learn the seven steps necessary to complete their Gold Award project and how to submit their proposal on Go Gold. Location: Virtual or Berges Family Girl Scout Program Center, 2300 Ball Dr., St. Louis 63146 Offered to: Cadette | Senior | Ambassador Grades 6-12 Are you interested in learning more about the universe and our place in it? Join the GSEM Astronomy Club to learn more about the solar system, the stars and everything astronomy! Each month will feature discussions, guest speakers and more! This month, we’ll learn more about a topic of your choice! Location: Virtual Offered to: Senior | Ambassador Grades 9-12 Learning to drive is an exciting step toward independence and a big responsibility! Join us to learn about maintaining your vehicle so that you can travel as safely and smoothly as possible. We will learn critical skills such as changing windshield wipers, inflating tires and measuring tire pressure, examining the engine of a car, and learning more about road safety. Girl Scout Seniors will earn their Car Care badge. They will create algorithms with loops and keep their code interesting with conditionals! Girl Scout Juniors will earn their Coding for Good 1: Coding Badge.
