Spring 2023 Inspire Discovery

In-Person Programs

When you are a Girl Scout, you call the shots! Every girl has their own curiosity, dreams and talents— when those come together, supported by Girl Scout programming, the sky’s the limit!

From creating healthy recipes, to building robots or learning how to be a savvy shopper, Girl Scout programs offer a plethora of badge-earning opportunities for girls to find a new passion or fuel an existing interest. Programs are open to individual Girl Scouts, the entire troop or a small group of friends. Programs are offered in-person at the Berges Family Girl Scout Program Center in Maryland Heights, at one of our three camping properties, or throughout the jurisdiction at museums, businesses, artistic centers and outdoor adventure elements. Programs occur on weeknights and on the weekends, and range from a couple of hours to overnight or travel options as well!

Can adults participate in our girl programs?

Yes, many of our programs have options for adults to join in on the fun! Our ‘She and Me’ events are designed for girls to work together with their caregiver during the program. These caregivers will register and pay for the activity, similar to our girl participants. Other programs offer the opportunity for caregivers to register free of charge where they will be asked to help with activities during the program. These adult volunteers might be asked to help distribute snacks, facilitate an activity station or general supervision of all participants during the event.
