Program Registration

Online registration is available for all Girl Scout programs. Registration for spring programs will open at 6 am on Feb. 2, 2023. Visit girlscoutsem.org and click MyGS on the top right corner to register.

Once logged in, select My Account < My Events < Register for Another Event. Use the filters to search our available programs. To find the program you would like to register for, here are some helpful hints. • When choosing the zip code, please use 63146 when searching for programs held at the Program Center. • For programs at one of our camp locations, please use that zip code (Cedarledge – 63070, Fiddlecreek – 63055, Tuckaho - 63379). • The location is listed in this publication but will not be visible in the online description until after you register • The location will be listed as virtual if the program is being held virtually • If you would like to search for any programs in a specific program level, use the filter option to choose by level or grade. Financial assistance guidelines for Activity Scholarships have been updated. The council is now offering a streamlined process for aid between $10-$50. Families/ Caregivers are able to apply directly online when completing their program registration with no application required. When registering in MyGS, just select the Financial Aid option on the payment screen and for programs between $10-$50, no additional action is needed. For programs over $50, please complete the Activity Scholarship after you have completed registration. Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri welcomes the participation of all girls and adults and will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities. To make this request, please complete the Accommodations Request at vr.girlscoutsem.org/AR and indicate this request under Special Circumstances during registration.
