SMALL CRAFT SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT In August 2019, the American Red Cross retired their Small Craft Safety program. Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri used this program to certify volunteers in canoeing, sailing and moving water. Currently, GSUSA is diligently working to identify organizations that provide feasible programs to meet these needs. Until these organizations are identified, Small Craft Safety certifications will not offered. Red Cross will honor Small Craft Safety certifications until their scheduled expiration.
