The Troop Trip Application Packet contains all the information you need to plan a Girl Scout trip, such as what is required for a trip, guidelines for transportation and accommodations, and insurance information. Applications for troop trips are due six months prior to departure for domestic trips and eighteen months prior to departure for international trips.
