Adult Programs Special adult programs are not tracked courses. However, registration for these programs may be found either in My Events for in-person programs or as a Zoom link that accompanies the program announcement for virtual programs. Deadline for Course Registration Paper registration forms must be received and processed at least one week prior to the course registration close date. Registration forms received via email must be received prior to the course registration close date. Adult Education makes course cancellation decisions one week prior to the course. Scholarships Scholarships are available for volunteers participating in certain adult courses. To apply for a scholarship, register for a course as usual, pay the minimum deposit due, and complete a Scholarship Application .

Confirmations Confirmation emails with course details will be emailed to registered participants after the registration date closes. If registrants do not receive a course confirmation email within the timeline specified, contact Adult Education at 314.400.4628. Cancellation and Refunds In order to receive a refund for courses with fees, individuals wishing to cancel must provide written notification prior to the course’s registration close date. Written cancellations must be emailed to the Answer Center at answercenter@girlscoutsem.org . No refunds will be given after the registration close date.
