Welcome to the Fall 2025 edition of Lead & Learn ! This season’s publication is packed with exciting courses to help our volunteers lead Girl Scouts on their biggest adventures yet. The Adult Education team is thrilled to share several new features and training opportunities designed to support you every step of the way. As you explore this issue, here are a few highlights to keep in mind: Direct Links to gsLearn You can now access gsLearn courses directly from Lead & Learn ! Look for the green link in each course description to go straight to the class. This feature is only available for courses or programs in gsLearn. New Courses This fall, gsLearn offers several new options to help you deliver the full Girl Scout Leadership Experience: • Field Trips and Travel —Take your troop beyond the meeting space and into the world. • Leading Multi-Level Troops —Tips and strategies for guiding troops with girls of different grade levels. • How to Support a Gold Award Girl Scout — Inspire and encourage Seniors and Ambassadors working toward Girl Scout’s highest honor.
Certification Courses Watch for the certificate icon throughout the catalog— these courses provide official certifications. Many are offered only at certain times of the year, so plan ahead to complete any required training before your troop’s trips and activities. Join the Conversation on Rallyhood We’re closing in on 1,000 members in the Adult Education Rally on Rallyhood! This collaborative platform is your go-to space to find resources, ask questions, and stay informed. Turn to pg. 4 to learn more and get connected. Become a Council Trainer Have you ever thought about teaching your fellow volunteers? We’re looking for friendly, skilled leaders to join our team of Council Trainers. Whether your expertise is troop camping, archery, canoeing, sailing, first aid/CPR, or other specialties, your knowledge can help empower more girls to experience adventure.
