Navigating Conflict with Confidence (GSUSA)
Level: All
Course Description: In this interactive course, you will gain the skills to navigate challenging conversations in order to reach common ground with others (colleagues, volunteers, families, etc.) where emotions run high and positive outcomes are critical. The curriculum includes strategies to encourage a healthy mindset, recognize differences, and problem solve, so that you can confront and resolve conflict with confidence. This course consists of six modules ranging in length from 10 to 30 minutes (two hours total). Course Access: Course available in the Content Library in gsLearn.
Representative Assembly Delegate Training
Level: All
Course Description: This course is offered to adult volunteers and girl members who are elected to serve as Delegates or Alternate Delegates to the Representative Assembly. In it, you will learn about the responsibilities, policies and procedures related to this role, as well as parliamentary procedure.

Service Unit Training - Effective Meetings (GSUSA) Level: All
Course Description: District and neighborhood meetings are a crucial part of communication with troop leaders and Service Team volunteers. This course will support you in building meetings that accomplish your goals and keep your volunteers informed. Course Access: Course available in the Content Library in gsLearn.
Service Unit Training - Goal Setting & Planning (GSUSA) Level: All
Course Description: Designed for district and neighborhood leadership and volunteers involved in planning the Service Team’s goals and objectives for the membership year, this course will provide a basic understanding of the planning process, including what you will need, how to gather the right people, and how to develop goals that will support growth in your district or neighborhood.
