Leave No Trace

Course Description: The Leave No Trace program is managed by the Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics, a non-profit organization whose mission is to protect the outdoors by teaching and inspiring people to enjoy it responsibly. Do you love the outdoors and want to teach girls how to enjoy it responsibly? Come learn how to apply the seven Leave No Trace outdoor principles. Learn Best Practices for protecting and enjoying the environment both near and far. Includes games and ideas. Course fee includes lunch. Learn how to cook outdoors the Leave No Trace way! Just bring a drink.

Troop Camp Certification Learning Path

Learning Path Description: This learning path provides all the courses you must complete to achieve your Troop Camp certification in one convenient place. It currently consists of Troop Camp Certification (covers Troop Camp A-Z, Troop Camp Fast Track, and Troop Camp Blitz) and Troop Camping at GSEM, with more courses expected in this learning path soon.

Troop Camp A-Z

Certification Course

Course Description: In this course, adult volunteers receive hands-on, in-depth training and earn their Troop Camp certification. Participants must attend both the in-town training session and the at-camp training session in their entirety to receive Troop Camp certification.
