Offered to: Brownie | Junior Grades 2-5 The climate is changing, bringing extreme changes to our environment. You can make a difference in slowing the change and helping us all prepare for the impacts. In this new patch program, Brownies and Juniors will learn about climate science and find out about the local Missouri impacts. You also have the opportunity to participate in the council sponsored Climate Change Challenge Project Day—sign up for this event separately! All Girl Scouts will receive a patch in the mail.

Offered to: Seniors | Ambassadors Grades 9-12 How often have you seen something that needed to be changed and wondered “why isn’t someone doing something about that?” This Journey gives you a way to be that someone – an advocate with the power to start the first flutter of real and lasting change. While creating your own butterfly effect, you’ll learn skills such as networking, planning, and speaking up for what you believe. A Senior or Ambassador Journey is a prerequisite to earning the Girl Scout Gold Award. Girl Scout Seniors will earn their Girltopia Journey Award and Girl Scouts Ambassadors will earn their Your Voice, Your World Journey Award.
