Denise Sallee, Life Skills Program Manager Hi Denise! A former Girl Scout herself, Denise is an expert in Girl Scout traditions and helps girls learn important life skills they need for their futures!

Q: What is your favorite program to lead? A: My favorite programs to lead are the Disability Awareness programs. It’s an important subject to learn about and we have a lot of fun doing it, all while making the world a better place!

Q: Why do you choose Girl Scouts? A: Girl Scouts has been an important part of my life. I love knowing that the work I do is giving back to the organization that gave me so much, and I get to have lots of fun helping the next generation enjoy their Girl Scout experience!

Q: What are you excited for this fall? A: I am excited to learn more about the St. Louis community this fall and to jump right into programming with our awesome Girl Scouts in eastern Missouri. I look forward to getting to know you all!

Q: Tell us about Girl Scout experience. A: I have very fond memories of all my Girl Scouting experiences! I entered as a Brownie and went up to an Ambassador, where I completed my Gold Award.

Mary Fuller, STEMProgramManager Mary brings energy and excitement to every STEM program she leads! She helps girls uncover their creativity as they build roller coasters, design model cars or make a big batch of slime.

Q: Why do you choose Girl Scouts? A: Girl Scouts allows me to teach and explore a wide variety of topics—it’s never boring! I learn something new with almost every program I lead. I love working with the girls, parents, and our community partners.

Q: What is your favorite program to lead and why? A: I love leading the different engineering Badges and Journeys. I love to see girls building new things and the creativity they bring to the design challenges—it’s always something different!
