Heather Eyster, Community Partnerships and Events Meet Heather! From Program Partners to April Showers and Girl Scouts GO, Heather serves as the liaison for our community partners and organizes all Council-wide events.

Q: What is your favorite program to lead and why? A: April Showers! I participated in the early years of the program as a girl member, and it was one of my favorite things I did as Girl Scout. I love being involved with a program that has such an incredible impact on our community. Working with the passionate April Showers Coordinators and seeing the joy of the girls giving back is such a rewarding experience.

Q: Why do you choose Girl Scouts? A: Girl Scouts is an organization that gave me so much as a young girl and I love having the opportunity to be a part of the movement as a staff member. Being a part of an organization that has such a positive impact on our girls and volunteers makes me excited about the job I get to do each day. Q: What are you excited about this fall? A: Troop Round Up! I love any time I get to be at camp and I love the excitement of all the girls participating in the various activities.
