Our volunteer Gold Award Committees review the proposals they receive as a team. Please refer to the review schedule. Proposals and supporting documents are due by the first of the month to allow time for processing. Do not begin working on your project until you have been interviewed by the committee and they have approved you to start your project. Reviews are held in person at Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Service Center but Zoom options are available upon request. Review nights aren’t just for proposals! Once you finish your Gold Award project, you will attend a Review Night to present your completed project to the committee. New This Fall: Submit Your Paperwork Online Starting this fall, Bronze and Silver Award Girl Scouts can also submit their project paperwork online!
