Pony Tales Grades K-3 90 minutes; 15 spots per session $25 per Girl Scout

This equestrian experience is perfect for our youngest Girl Scouts! Participants will enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the Camp Cedarledge Equestrian Center, while also learning how to groom a horse and keep the animals healthy and happy. Girl Scouts will build their equestrian confidence with a wrangler-led horseback ride to round out this fun camp program!

Hoofprints for Juniors Grades 4-5 90 minutes; 12 spots per session $35 per Girl Scout During Hoofprints, Girl Scout Juniors will build and expand upon their existing equestrian skills with a horseback ride around the beautiful Camp Cedarledge arena or a trail ride through camp. They will also learn the value of good horsemanship, discovering the skills, knowledge and understanding needed to form a harmonious relationship with a horse, such as treating the horse with respect and working with its natural instincts and behavior to create a safe and positive riding experience.

Hoofprints for Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors Grades 6-12 90 minutes; 12 spots per session $35 per Girl Scout

During Hoofprints, Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors will build and expand upon their existing equestrian skills with a horseback ride around the beautiful Camp Cedarledge arena or a trail ride through camp. Troop Ride and Cookout Grades 4-12 2.5 hours; 12 rider and 3 non-rider spots per session $45 per rider; $10 per non-rider Spend an afternoon on the trails and around the campfire with the troop. A guided 45-minute horseback ride helps Girl Scouts strengthen riding skills and build confidence before gathering to prepare a simple campfire meal together. End the adventure with classic s’mores and time to celebrate a day of teamwork, friendship, and outdoor fun.

Saddle Scout ☙ Grades 4-12 3 hours; 12 spots per session $50 per Girl Scout

Become a confident trail rider while exploring the beauty of Camp Cedarledge on horseback. During a guided 45-minute trail ride, Girl Scouts will build self-reliance, strengthen horsemanship skills, and connect with nature. Participants will also complete the requirements to earn the exclusive Camp Cedarledge Saddle Scout Patch. Dates: Aug. 29 | Sept. 19 | Oct. 3 Time: 2 pm
