Join us for a family-friendly fun day of reading and inspiration. Bring a new book or reread a favorite in the company of other avid readers. Enjoy some snacks, meet an author, make a craft and bring a book to donate to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital! Girl Scouts can come for a quick visit, or stay for the whole afternoon, and everyone will receive a patch celebrating their love of reading.

In this virtual program, Girl Scout Brownies will become pet helpers as they learn about the lop-eared rabbit, a popular pet—and the star of this year’s Cookie Program! Girl Scouts will discover what rabbits need to stay healthy and happy, take a peek into a bunny rescue, and learn how to be kind to our furry friends. This virtual program includes a box mailed to the participant’s house with all the supplies needed and a fun patch.

This program is for Girl Scout Juniors who are interested in pursuing the Girl Scout Bronze Award. Caregivers and troop leaders are welcome to attend, too! This training will allow Juniors to learn the steps necessary to complete their Bronze Award project and how to submit their completion.

The snow is piling up and the plows are all blocked in! Can Girl Scouts create a robot to help the town? Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors will learn the fundamentals of robotic design and creative problem solving through hands-on activities.

Through this badge, Daisies begin the journey to body appreciation by exploring ways to have fun with movement. They get active with big movements (gross motor skills) like dancing and stretching. They also learn how small movements (fine motor skills) let them do fun things like drawing or smelling a flower.

International Day of Clean Energy Saturday, Jan. 23 1-4 pm $30 per Girl Scout Reg. Deadline: Jan. 9

Offered to: Junior Grades 4-5

Juniors will celebrate the International Day of Clean Energy by learning how clean energy impacts our planet and how communities worldwide lack access to reliable power sources. After completing the Balloon Car Design Badge, Girl Scouts will start their Global Action Award, educating others on the importance of clean energy.
