How can we get the Camp Information Packet? Download from the website at girlscoutsem.org/forms .

Does my camper need something white for tie dye? Yes, for one week or longer campers please send something white for your camper to tie dye. For the one-day camps, do we need to bring a mess kit or something to tie dye? No, you will not have to bring those items. Please see the day only packing lists for more information. The camp I want is full, can I reserve a spot on the waitlist? Overnight camps will not have a waitlist. Please check the website for any open spots. How do I know which grade level my Girl Scout should be in for camp? Register Girl Scouts in the camp according to their 2024-2025 grade in school. I forgot to put my buddy request in during registration—what do I do? Cedarledge : All campers attending the same program will be in the same unit. Tuckaho : For camper-only programs, all campers attending the same program will be in the same unit. For caregiver programs, please request buddies at check-in.

Where do I find packing information? What should I bring? What is not allowed? To see all of the packing lists, download the Camp Information Packet at girlscoutsem.org/forms . How much space is under the cots in the permanent tent units at camp? Approximately 14 inches. What type of boots do we need for horseback riding? Hard, smooth-soled shoes with at least half-inch heels to keep foot from slipping through the stirrups. NO flexible soles, tennis shoes, hiking boots with lug soles or wedges can be worn. Proper footwear is required. What time is check-in/check-out for camp in the summer? Cedarledge : Campers can be dropped off anytime between 1-3 pm. Campers can be picked up anytime between 2-4 pm. Tuckaho : Campers can be dropped off anytime between 1-3 pm. Campers can be picked up anytime between 3-5 pm.

Visit the Trading Post! A stay at camp is not complete without a visit to the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri Trading Post. A unique assortment of apparel, accessories, toys, games, small camping equipment, logo items, camp unit patches, fun patches and mementos are available for purchase during summer camp sessions. Parents are welcome to stop by and shop during drop-off and pick-up times. What treasures will campers find? Trading Post Funds Campers do not need cash to make a purchase at the Trading Post! Setup a credit account for any amount before or during camp sessions through the GSEM Shop. Contact the GSEM Shop at 314.592.2378 during business hours and a team member will assist. Funds are immediately available for use at any Trading Post location or the GSEM Shop. All credit accounts with a balance of $10 or less will automatically convert to a donation to Camp Department programs after Summer Camp sessions close and before September 30, 2025.

All credit accounts with a balance of $10 or more will be refunded to the credit/debit card used for purchase after Summer Camp sessions close and before September 30, 2025.

And yes, parents/caregivers can still send cash with their camper for a traditional Trading Post experience.
