2025 Camp Adventure Guide
Leadership Camps Girl Scout Leadership Camps are designed for campers ages 14 and up. At the start of these programs, knowledgeable staff are there to guide the campers through their journey of learning, challenges and growth. Toward the end of the program, camp staff move into supporting roles as campers step into leadership roles, put their skills to practice and choose their path (at camp and in life!). The campers in the leadership programs help staff set the tone in the camp environment and often serve as role models for the younger campers, playing a major role in the mentoring magic that happens at camp. Whether they are leading a hike, teaching equestrian skills or building a campfire, these Counselors-in-Training (CIT) and Wranglers-in-Training (WIT), formerly known as Leadership Experience & Practice (L.E.A.P.), are developing skills that will last a lifetime and exemplifying what being a Girl Scout is all about.
