2025-2026 Inspire Discovery

A note from Natissia

Welcome to the 2025-2026 edition of Inspire Discovery ! Designed for Girl Scouts and their families, this annual publication showcases an incredible year ahead, packed with engaging and innovative programs running from October 2025 through May 2026. This year, we are proud to introduce more age-appropriate programming to meet the needs of today’s girls. In addition to our beloved traditions, we’ve expanded opportunities in academic enrichment, mental wellness, and workforce development—including coding workshops, financial literacy seminars, STEM career panels, and our new mental wellness patch program, which focuses on emotional well-being and resilience. I am especially proud of the launch of one of the most groundbreaking initiatives in our council’s history, the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri’s AdvanceHER ™ Leadership Program. This initiative is designed to equip girls with the skills, confidence, and experiences to thrive in today’s world. To date, we have signed six renewable scholarship agreements, with awards ranging from $2,000 to $30,000 exclusively for Girl Scouts. I encourage you to turn to pg. 8 in this publication to learn more.

I also encourage you to visit our new Build-A-Bear Workshop located within our Council office. This inventive new space was created in partnership with Build-A-Bear to offer an immersive experience for the community while directly supporting local eastern Missouri girls. We remain committed to continually evaluate, innovate and launch new experiences for girls to keep their interest, promote curiosity and ultimately build a foundation for their future. Take a look at some of our favorite moments from the last year, reminding us of the importance of empowering the future generation of girls. Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri thrives because of our members’ passion and dedication. Thank you for being a part of this extraordinary movement. I continue to be inspired each day by the unwavering support of our families, volunteers, and the girls who are shaping a bright future.

Soar Higher,

Chief Executive Officer Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri
