2025-2026 Inspire Discovery
Science Fair
Get ready to explore, experiment, and share your discoveries at the inaugural Girl Scout Science Fair!
Girl Scouts of all levels are invited to showcase their STEM curiosity by creating a project based on a theme of their choice—space, robotics, life science, physical science, nature, or even a Girl Scout badge they’ve already completed!
What to Expect: During the fair, Girl Scouts will present their projects to visitors, including family members, fellow troops, and members of our GSEM community. Between presenting your project and exploring others, dive into our fun, hands-on STEM activities! Local scientists and STEM professionals will also be on site to share exciting demonstrations and talk about their real-world careers in science and technology. This is a celebration of learning—no competition, just a focus on curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Every participating Girl Scout will receive a special GSEM science fair patch and a certificate to recognize their hard work and enthusiasm for STEM. Questions? Contact Nicole Devine, Program Manager-STEM, at ndevine@girlscoutsem.org .
Reserve a Spot in the Science Fair Today! Projects can take the form of a display board, model, demonstration, or interactive activity, but must include some form of scientific observation, experiment, or STEM concept. All participants will receive a form to complete with details on their project and any special requests for their presentation. Get a Jump Start on March 8 at our Science Fair Maker Space! Girl Scouts can also sign up for this hands-on workshop when they register for the Science Fair! Those who attend will receive a tri-fold board, access to project supplies, and get expert guidance. Whether observing the stars, building a robot, studying animal behavior, or solving real-world problems, our voices matter. Girl Scouts can come share their science story with us!
