2024 Impact Report

Dear Girl Scout Community, As we look back on this past year, we are filled with pride and gratitude for all that we have accomplished together at Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri. In every corner of our council, spanning more than 300 miles and 28 counties, girls have shown incredible courage, confidence, and character—living out our mission and making a meaningful impact in their communities. In a world that continues to challenge and change, our Girl Scouts have remained steadfast. They’ve led service projects, explored STEM and the outdoors, stood up for causes they believe in, and grown into thoughtful, capable leaders. Whether earning skill-building badges, attending camp at one of our three beautiful properties, selling cookies to their friends and neighbors, or uplifting their communities with Gold Award projects, our girls are not just participating— they’re leading. None of this would be possible without the passionate commitment of our supporters, donors, volunteers, families, and staff. Thanks to you, we’ve expanded access to life-changing programs, strengthened community partnerships, and ensured that every girl—regardless of background— has the opportunity to thrive in Girl Scouting. We are also proud of the work we’ve done to create a more inclusive and equitable experience for all members of our council through holistic programs, post-secondary support, career exploration and vital resources to support personal growth. This work champions every girl’s potential and fuels her persistence toward lifelong success. By investing in girls today, we are cultivating the changemakers, innovators, and leaders of tomorrow. As we move forward, we are energized by the future and grounded in our legacy. Together, we are building a generation of leaders who are prepared, passionate, and driven to make the world a better place.
