• Girl Scout Cookie Run: The Girl Scout Cookie Run is Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri’s annual 5k or 1-mile run/walk. With in-person and virtual race options, 950+ participants lace up their shoes for the sweetest race in St. Louis each November.

Girls Lead the Way Each year, Girl Scouts let their imaginations lead the way as they participate in unique experiences. In 2024, a variety of programs and events provided Girl Scouts and our community with the opportunity to connect and develop deeper connections to the Girl Scout mission of building girls of courage, confidence and character. • Camp: GSEM offers summer camp options to suit every schedule and style, like Claire Bear Camp and Camp Fury STL. Claire Bear Camp is a week-long day camp for Girl Scouts grades K-5 on the autism spectrum. Camp Fury STL is an immersive experience where Girl Scouts join the ranks of elite local firefighters and law enforcement personnel. • Girl Scout Round Up: Girl Scout Round Up is an annual event filled with adventure and sisterhood to kick off the new Girl Scout year in October. Taking place at one of GSEM’s camp properties, Girl Scouts have the chance to explore camp while visiting activity booths showcasing GSEM’s many program and community partners. • FIRST ® Robotics: GSEM encourages members to become science and technology leaders through participation in the FIRST ® (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) program. Robotics teams gain hands-on STEM experience along with problem-solving, teamwork and other important life skills. • Highest Awards: The Girl Scout Gold Award, Silver Award, and Bronze Award are the highest honors a Girl Scout can achieve. Girl Scouts who pursue one or more of the Highest Awards help identify a need in the community, address the root cause of the issue, and create a plan to make a sustainable change.
