Discover chemistry with the American Chemical Society! In this program, Girl Scouts will be guided by experienced chemists in different hands-on chemistry experiments. Brownies will go on a tour of the UMSL chemistry lab and become a scientist themselves! Join us and discover the magic of chemistry.

Grades K-12

Join us for an exciting day trip to visit the state capitol in Jefferson City. Participants will tour the historic capitol building, see how state legislature works, and immerse themselves in the history of the Show-Me State. Troops participating with five or more Girl Scouts are required to provide two adults. All individual Girl Scouts must have a registered adult attend with them. Bus transportation, event shirt and snack are provided.

This course is for Girl Scout Juniors who are interested in pursuing the Girl Scout Bronze Award. Caregivers and troop leaders are welcome to attend as well. This training will allow girls to learn the steps necessary to complete their Bronze Award project and how to submit completion.
