Cookie FAQ

General

Question: I haven’t gotten my cookie materials (or enough cookie materials), how can I get more? Cookie material packets (including order cards, family guides, money envelopes, a troop cookie manager guide and receipt book) were mailed before Thanksgiving via USPS. Troops participating in the Daisy Drop Box program will receive their cookie materials in their December box. Some people may have experienced holiday delays. If you are uncertain if you should have received materials for your troop, need extra materials or have questions about your materials, please contact your Neighborhood Cookie Manager. If you do not know who your Neighborhood Cookie Manager is, please contact the Answer Center. Question: What are the different Cookie Program systems and who uses each? eBudde is the cookie season management system for Council and Troop Cookie Managers. You will use eBudde to track your sales, schedule pickup of cookies from cupboards, reserve and report booths, enter sales specific to each girl and ensure rewards are chosen and delivered. Girls do not have access to eBudde. Digital Cookie is the online sales platform for girls and troops. Individual families have access to Digital Cookie and girls can create a site to share with family and friends to purchase cookies. Digital Cookie allows for purchasing cookies for direct shipping, girl delivery and donation. It also has a built-in payment feature called Digital Cookie in Hand, which allows girls to take payment during door-to-door sales or at booths. Digital Cookie also offers the option to set up a troop virtual booth site for use in taking credit cards via Cookies in Hand for in person booths. Activated Troop Links for direct shipping will also populate on the National Cookie Link. Question: If my troop used CloverGo last year, do we need to reregister for that platform? If your bank information is the same, you can just login, add any new girls and go! If your troop’s bank information has changed, you will need to set up a new CloverGo account. You can find more information at bit.ly/ CookieVols under the CloverGo section. If you would like to use Digital Cookie’s in Hand feature, the only set up necessary would be to create a girl or troop site and download the Digital Cookie app. The Cookies in Hand feature will become available through the Digital Cookie app February 10. Question: Does the troop have to cover CloverGo fees? No, Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri is continuing to cover CloverGo fees, as long as the troop onboards to CloverGo using the Girl Scout onboarding process. Troops that choose to purchase a CloverGo reader are responsible for the device cost. Council also covers the cost of all fees associated with the Digital Cookie’s in Hand Feature.
