Health Forms To collect health history and medical care information, Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri partners with CampDoc.com , a secure, encrypted and password-protected electronic health record system for camps. Within one month of your camp registration, you will receive an email from CampDoc.com with information about how to complete your camper’s health history. 2023 Overnight Camp Health Forms are due by April 1 for all June camps and by May 1 for all other camps. Snacks that are brought from home or sent in a care package must not contain nuts, or be processed in a facility that contains nut products. Gift Certificates Camp gift certificates are available for purchase at the St. Louis Girl Scout Shop and make great gifts. Sexual Abuse, Physical Abuse andMolestationPolicy Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri has zero tolerance for any instances of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and/or molestation of any individual. Any staff member, volunteer, or independent contractor found to have engaged in any such activity will be terminated from their employment, volunteer role, and/or any other affiliation they have with Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri. Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri will also pursue any and all legal actions warranted in the event of an instance of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and/or molestation. Mandated reporters include Girl Scout volunteers and staff.
