Missouri From Bottom To Top Dates: June 3 Grades: K-3 for the 2022-2023 school year Location: Bonne Terre Mine and Taum Sauk Mountain State Park

Girl Cost: $45 (GS Service Center)/$40 (Arnold) Adult Cost: $55 (GS Service Center)/$50 (Arnold) Registration Deadline: May 20

It’s time to explore eastern Missouri—from underground to the highest peak! We’ll travel underground to the Bonne Terre Mine for a guided boat tour of the Billion Gallon Lake and enjoy spectacular views of the largest parts of the former mine. Then we’ll head to the highest point in Missouri: the top of Taum Sauk Mountain. Along the way, we’ll explore different trails and learn about different types of hikes and how to prepare. Transportation will be provided from either the Girl Scout Service Center or the Arnold Commuter Lot. Girl Scout Daisies will earn their Daisy Trail Adventure Badge and Girl Scout Brownies will earn their Brownie Trail Adventure Badge. GSEM Goes To Space Camp Dates: June 10-12 Grades: 4-8 for the 2022-2023 school year Location: U.S. Space and Rocket Center, Huntsville, AL Cost: $650 per girl or adult; includes meals, transportation and lodging Registration Deadline: May 20 Join us as we head to Huntsville, Alabama to attend Space Camp! Girls will build a model rocket, train like an astronaut and work in mission control or launch as part of the flight crew on a simulated space mission. Drop off and pick up will be at the Berges Family Girl Scout Program Center. Junior Road Trip To Mammoth Cave National Park Dates: June 15-17 Grades: 4-5 for the 2022-2023 school year Location: Mammoth Cave National Park, KY Cost: $400 per girl or adult; includes meals, transportation and lodging Registration Deadline: May 15 Hit the road with Girl Scouts! Join us for an exciting three-day, two-night adventure to the beautiful Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky. Girls will camp out in tents, explore scenic trails, and discover the wonder of the largest natural cave system in the world. We will be traveling to Mammoth Cave as a group via bus, which will depart from the Berges Family Girl Scout Program Center. Girl Scout Juniors will earn their First Aid and Simple Meals Badges and complete their Outdoor Journey. Completion of a Junior Journey is a prerequisite for earning the Girl Scout Bronze Award.
