Credit Card Options Question: If a troop used Clover Go last year, can they use it for the 2024 season?

A troop may continue to use Clover Go for the 2024 season, only if they used it the previous cookie season. If their bank information is the same, they can just log in, add any new girls and go! If a troop’s bank information has changed, they will need to contact Clover Go at 855-276-5008 to make the change. All other troops must use the Digital Cookie app for their in-hand transaction option. The only setup necessary would be to activate and publish the troop’s Digital Cookie site or a Girl Scout would set up and publish their site and download the Digital Cookie app. The Cookies in Hand option will become available through the Digital Cookie app February 10. Question: Does the troop have to cover credit card processing fees? No, Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri will cover CloverGo fees, as long as the troop’s account is connected to our council. Troops that choose to purchase a CloverGo reader are responsible for the device cost. Council also covers the fees associated with the Digital Cookie in-hand option. Question: If Digital Cookie is taking Venmo and Paypal this year, can we use those at booths? While customers ordering through the Digital Cookie website may now use Venmo and PayPal, this payment option is not available in the Digital Cookie app. Troops may not use personal Venmo or PayPal accounts to accept cookie payments. Cupboards and Cookie Storage Question: Where will cupboards be this year? Where will the list of cupboards be? You can find the current list through eBudde, including a cupboard map on your eBudde troop landing page. Locations are also listed in the guides. Question: Do troop leaders and cookie managers need to enter all parents as cookie pickup volunteers? Only those parents who help pick up cookies at a cookie cupboard need to be listed as pick up volunteers. Trusted adults can also be added to this role throughout the season as the need arises.

Digital Cookie Question: Will there be any changes to shipping costs through Digital Cookie?

Shipping costs through Digital Cookie are based on the national contract that GSUSA reaches with their shipping partner. Digital Cookie’s minimum order for shipping is 4 packages. The base shipping price is 4-8 packages at $12.99 and 9-12 packages at $14.99. The next column shows a list of shipping costs for cookie orders at the different levels. Digital Cookie is unable to ship to international addresses. There is a $5 surcharge for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/ DPO, Guam and US Virgin Islands.
