Initial ACH Withdrawal Emails will go out to cookie managers and leaders by March 4 about the amount your troop will owe at the initial ACH date of March 11. Check this email and ensure adequate funds are deposited in the troop bank account.

The initial withdrawal is 30 percent of your troop’s initial order, excluding products paid for in Digital Cookie. If your troop did not have any paper order card cookies, your troop will likely owe nothing at t his time.

Complete All Cookie Transfers in eBudde Be sure to distribute all troop extras to Girl Scouts in eBudde, as well as allocate any booth cookie sales, etc. that the troop did during the season. You should have zero cookies showing on the Difference line at the bottom of the Girl Orders tab by program end if this is done correctly. This should be done before you submit your troop’s final rewards.
