2024 Troop Cookie Manager Guide
Girl Scouts who are not participating in the Cookie Program do not affect the girl-selling average, or PGA. If a troop has a Girl Scout on their roster who is no longer participating in the troop, this will not impact the troop’s sale. We will only remove a Girl Scout from eBudde if they belong in another troop. Product Programs staff will transfer any new members into eBudde and Digital Cookie on the dates below, timed to coincide with important dates/deadlines: • January 5 • January 26 • February 19 • March 8
Update a few basic troop settings: 1. Navigate to the “Settings” tab in eBudde. Select “Edit.”
2. Update troop goal and parent initial order (IO) deadline. The IO deadline is important because it will be when Digital Cookie turns off the ability for parents/adults to enter order card items so troops can submit the troop’s order. This date can be the council date of Jan. 28, or earlier to meet your troop’s needs. 3. Junior, Cadette, Senior and Ambassador troops that have voted to opt out should complete the opt-out process by updating their eBudde settings. 4. Click Save.
Find more information and get help using the Help Center in eBudde.
