On this extreme adventure, Girl Scouts will learn mountain biking skills and try them out on a natural course with instructors from Wheels Up. Bikes and helmets are provided, and all skill levels are welcome. Transportation to the meeting location is not provided. The Extreme Adventures programs offer 6-12 grade Girl Scouts unique and "extreme" outdoor related

Bring a new book or reread a favorite in the company of other avid readers. Enjoy some snacks, meet an author, make a SWAP and bring a book to trade! You can come for a quick visit, or stay for the whole afternoon, and you will recieve a patch celebrating National Book Month.

All Girl Scout levels will earn a Reading Patch.

Gold Award Training Oct. 18 Start: 5:30 pm End: 7:30 pm $0 per Girl Scout

This course is for Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors interested in pursuing the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest community service award a high-school aged girl can earn. Parents, caregivers and troop leaders are welcome to attend, too! Girls going for the Gold Award are required to attend this training; they will learn the seven steps necessary to complete their Gold Award project and how to submit their proposal on Go Gold.
