Representative Assembly: The membership body of Eastern Missouri. The members of the Representative Assembly elect the officers of Eastern Missouri, the members-at-large of the Board of Directors, members of the Board Development Committee and delegates and alternates to the National Council of GSUSA. The assembly determines the general direction for Girl Scouting locally by receiving and acting upon reports of the Board of Directors and by giving guidance to the Board Resident Camp: A summer camping program for which Eastern Missouri provides facilities and staff. Camp is three days up to four weeks in length. Girls participate in a wide variety of activities such as swimming, canoeing, hiking, games, crafts and songs. Girls may choose to participate in specialty programs at resident camp that focus on such areas as equestrian, biking, water sports, creative arts or leadership development

Safety Activity Checkpoints (SAC): Guidelines from GSUSA on how to ensure the safety and well-being of girls as they participate in various activities; checkpoints include information on gear, preparation and safety

Boys under age 18 are always tagalongs because boys are not eligible to be members
