Summer 2024 Younger Girl Mini Guide

As a member of a Robotics team, Girl Scouts gain hands-on STEM experience, along with problem-solving skills, teamwork experience and building self confidence, and other important life skills. Teams follow an innovative curriculum that combines engineering and science concepts with an exciting season theme. Girl Scout Robotics

Teams build and program a LEGO robot that navigates the missions of a robot game. Friendly competition is at the heart of this robotics level.

Teams focus on the fundamentals of engineering as they explore real world problems, learn to design, and code, and create a LEGO model that moves!

4 th -8 th grade 2-10 Girl Scouts per team $45 per Girl Scout

2 nd -4 th grade 2-6 Girl Scouts per team $35 per Girl Scout

2024-2025 Team Agreements are due by August 1, 2024. Kick off for the season is scheduled for August 17, 2024

Each Robotics team must have two adult volunteer coaches. This does not need to be a troop leader and is a great way to get other adults involved! No previous experience necessary.

Caregivers can join us on Wednesday, July 17 at 6 pm on Zoom for an info session, More than LEGO: The Building
