Registration Instructions for accessing and registering for our adult programs, as well as important details about the registration process, are outlined below.

GSEM Website Certain courses are available exclusively through the GSEM website event calendar, such as for Highest Awards. • Ensure you are logged into your myGS account • Visit the event calendar on the GSEM website • Search for the desired course and session date, either in list view (by month) or in calendar view • Click the course title or View Details to open • Click Register Now to open the course registration page Contact the Answer Center To register for courses with fees or for courses not listed in gsLearn, please contact the Answer Center at 314.400.4600. Girl Scouts ages 16 and older may register for select Adult Education courses only when their caregiver contacts the Answer Center. Scholarships Scholarships are available for volunteers attending select adult courses. To apply, complete the Scholarship Application. Older Girl Scouts enrolled in adult courses may also request scholarship support. Confirmations Participants will receive a confirmation email with course details after registration closes. If they do not receive it within five days of the course, please contact Adult Education at adulteducation@girlscoutsem.org or 314.400.4628. Cancellation and Refunds Anyone who needs to cancel must email written notice to the Answer Center at answercenter@girlscoutsem.org before the course registration close date. Cancellations received after that date are non-refundable.

Methods of Course Access and Registration Direct Course Link For quick access to gsLearn courses or learning paths, use a direct link (located in Lead & Learn or the Adult Education rally calendar). • Click the direct link to the course or learning path • Enter your myGS account username and password when prompted • If opening a course, click Start This Course • If opening a learning path, either: • Expand the desired course in the learning path and select the module you wish to open, or • Click Start This Learning Path to complete all courses in order • If the course requires registration: • Click Register by the desired session date (for courses with no fees), or • Click the desired session date, which links to its registration page on the GSEM website (for courses with fees) The gsLearn welcome dashboard may also be accessed via direct link. Here volunteers can view training assignments and completions, as well as search for courses and learning paths. • Click the direct link to gsLearn • Enter your myGS account username and password when prompted • Click a course/learning path tile on the gsLearn dashboard to open it, or use the search bar to find a different course or learning path
