Spring 2025 Younger Girl Mini Guide
How Girl Scout Juniors Make the World a Better Place— Get Started on a Bronze Award Project This Fall! Girl Scout Bronze Award
The Girl Scout Bronze Award is big—in fact, this award is the highest honor a Girl Scout Junior in 4th and 5th grade can earn. Juniors can work together as a team, providing a minimum of 20 hours each to complete their project. Their project will consist of identifying an issue in their community, exploring the root cause of that issue and creating a solution. Once the Junior Girl Scouts have completed their Bronze Award Project, the leader will verify requirements have been met and submit the completion report at girlscoutsem.org/highestawards . Upon completion, a recognition letter will be mailed to the troop leader. Invitations to the award celebration will be mailed in the spring.
Bronze Award Training This training will allow Juniors to learn the steps necessary to complete their Bronze Award project and how to submit their completion. Caregivers and troop leaders are welcome to attend, too! Spring 2025 Trainings Feb. 5, 6-7 pm Virtual
