Program Description

Brownie, Grades 2-3 Join the WU Rocketry Club, a rocket design team from Washington University, to learn about flight by creating different paper airplanes! Girl Scouts will discover the forces that affect flight as they design, build and test their designs. Brownies earn their Fling Flyer Design Challenge Badge. Location: Washington University, 63130 Junior, Grades 4-5 On this snow adventure, Juniors will downhill ski at Hidden Valley Ski Resort—a unique opportunity in Missouri. Girl Scouts will get fitted for gear, then take a skiing lesson with a certified instructor in small groups. Juniors earn their Junior Snow Adventure Badge. Location: Hidden Valley Ski Resort, 63025 Junior, Cadette, Senior and Ambassador, Grades 4-12 Interested in pursuing a Highest Award but not sure how to get started? Join us for a night to learn all about the Highest Awards— Bronze, Silver and Gold! Caregivers and troop leaders are welcome to attend. Location: Virtual Daisy, Grades K-1 Climb to new heights with us at Climb So iLL, a rock climbing gym in St. Charles! Daisies will learn how to boulder, which is climbing on a low wall (no more than 6-feet-high) without a harness. No prior rock climbing experience needed! Daisies earn their Snow or Climbing Adventure Badge. Location: Climb So iLL, 63301 Brownie, Grades 2-3 In honor of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, join us for a celebration dedicated to exploring STEM careers! Participants will learn about the different STEM fields, discover potential career paths, and meet female professionals currently working in STEM. Brownies earn their STEM Career Exploration Badge. Location: Cortex 1, 63110 Junior, Grades 4-5 In honor of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, join us for a celebration dedicated to exploring STEM careers!
