Facilitating Virtual Troop Meetings (GSUSA) Level: All

Course Description: In this course, you will learn how to create and facilitate an engaging virtual troop meeting. You will explore the main reasons for hosting virtual troop meetings, learn how to transfer current troop meeting practices to a virtual space, discover techniques and tips to create engaging virtual experiences, and learn how to keep virtual meetings safe. Junior Grade Level Essentials (GSUSA)

Level: Junior

Course Description: Whether you are new to Juniors or want to know how to better run a Junior troop, this grade level training will cover key topics related to running a successful and engaging Junior Troop. Managing My Troops From My Account (GSUSA)

Level: All

Course Description: This highly-interactive course demonstrates how troop leaders can manage troop information from their My Account dashboard, and how leaders can complete activity and membership registration for troop members. This course is also beneficial for caregivers and other troop volunteers to familiarize themselves with navigating their My Account dashboard. During the course, learners earn a virtual badge after they complete each section. The course is complete when all 12 virtual badges are earned. Missouri Child Abuse and Neglect Mandated Reporter Training

Level: All

Course Description: Girl Scout volunteers and staff are considered mandated reporters in the state of Missouri. This course, provided by Missouri KidsFirst, explores how adults can identify and report child abuse and neglect to the Children’s Division of the Missouri Department of Social Services. Note that no cost registration with Missouri KidsFirst is required to access this two-hour course. Upload the completion certificate provided by Missouri KidsFirst to the final course module in gsLearn to receive credit for completion.
