Registration
Adult Programs Special adult programs, such as All Leader Virtual Season Closer, are not tracked courses. However, registration for these programs may be found either in gsLearn for in-person programs or as a Zoom link that accompanies the program announcements for virtual programs. Registration for in-person programs in gsLearn is the same as for courses with no fees. Registration by Paper Application While the preferred method for course registration is online, paper registration forms are accepted via US mail or email at answercenter@girlscoutsem.org . Submit one form per person, per course.
Girls Scouts of Eastern Missouri offers a wide range of informative and engaging courses and adult programs. Registration differs for these courses and programs depending on type and cost. Outlined below are the different types of courses and adult programs we offer and how to register for them, along with other important information about the registration process. Online Courses No need to register for online courses—they are accessible anytime in gsLearn. To access gsLearn: • Log into myGS at girlscoutsem.org • Select gsLearn from the left-hand menu on your My Account dashboard • In gsLearn, select Content Library from the green navigation panel, select Courses, then search for the desired course using the search bar or by scrolling through the available courses. Learning paths may be searched similarly by instead selecting Learning Paths Courses With NO Fees Online registration for these courses may only be found in gsLearn. To register for in-person or virtual courses with NO fees: • Log into myGS at girlscoutsem.org • Access gsLearn via your My Account dashboard • Search for the course in the Content Library in gsLearn, select and open the course, then click Register in the upper right corner • May also search for the course in Live Sessions in gsLearn, select the Via Content Library option in the menu to the left, search for and select the course, then click Register Courses With Fees Courses with fees require registration through gsEvents. Registration in gsEvents may be initiated in multiple ways: • Search for the course in the Content Library in gsLearn, select and open the course, then follow the t provided link to gsEvents to complete your registration and pay for the course (easiest) • Select My Events from your My Account dashboard, select Register for Another Event, search for the desired course, then complete your registration and pay for the course • Select the desired course from the Events Calendar at girlscoutsem.org, follow the link to gsEvents, then complete your registration and pay for the course

Deadline for Course Registration Paper registration forms must be received and processed at least one week prior to the course registration close date. Registration forms received via email must be received prior to the course registration close date. Adult Education makes course cancellation decisions one week prior to the course. Confirmations Confirmation emails with course details will be emailed to registered participants after the registration date closes. If you do not receive a course confirmation email within the timeline specified, contact Adult Education at 314.400.4628. Cancellation and Refunds In order to receive a refund for courses with fees, individuals wishing to cancel must provide written notification prior to the course’s registration close date. Written cancellations must be emailed to the Answer Center at answercenter@girlscoutsem.org . No refunds will be given after the registration close date.
