Course Description: Designed for district and neighborhood leadership and volunteers involved in planning the Service Team’s goals and objectives for the membership year, this course will provide a basic understanding of the planning process, including what you will need, how to gather the right people, and how to develop goals that will support growth in your district or neighborhood. Youth Mental Health First Aid

Certification Course
Course Description: Given the importance of mental wellbeing in our lives and the prevalence of mental health and substance abuse challenges in youth today, we are now offering a Youth Mental Health First Aid certification course. This blended-learning course consists of a two-hour self-paced online course and a five-hour in-person learning session. This three-year certification uses a nationally-recognized curriculum developed by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing to assist youth aged 12-18, and is taught by certified instructors. You won’t want to miss this powerful and highly relevant course. Online learning assignments must be completed in full before attending the in-person session (no exceptions).
