Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED Blended Learning: All

Certification Course

Course Description: This course is for those who wish to obtain certification as a General First Aider. Demonstration of skills is required. Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification is valid for two years. Girls 16 years of age and older are welcome to participate. Financial Assistance is available. In this course, participants become certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED in a blended learning format where the participant must complete some coursework online prior to attending an in-person skills session. Course participants receive a link to register for, access and complete the online portion of the course via email approximately one week before the in-person skills session. Course participants are required to provide verification of online course completion and bring it to the in-person skills session. The online coursework takes approximately three hours to complete. Course Details: Register for this course in gsEvents or by opening the course in gsLearn and following the provided link. For October-December 2022 courses, registration will open on April 1 and requires a 2023 membership to register.
